This exciting program combines a fun and invigorating fitness class – your choice of yoga or pilates – with a relaxing paddleboard excursion on the scenic waters of Buckeye Lake.

  • Get Your Zen On or Find Your Core Strength: Choose between a morning yoga session or a pilates class led by our amazing instructors:

    • Yoga: Find your inner peace with the calming guidance of certified yoga instructor, Rachel Foltz or Karissa Carpenter. Rachel or Karissa will lead you through a flow designed to connect your breath with movement, leaving you feeling centered and energized.

    • Pilates: Strengthen your core and improve your flexibility with certified pilates instructor, Melissa Tevis. Melissa's dynamic pilates class will challenge and tone your entire body, preparing you for a smooth paddleboarding experience.

  • Paddle Power: After your land workout, hop on a stable and user-friendly paddleboard and cruise across the calm waters of Buckeye Lake with a trained Pea Ohana Watersports instructor. Our instructors will provide basic paddleboarding instruction and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • No Prior Experience Needed: Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a pilates pro, or a complete paddleboard newbie, this event welcomes all levels!

  • Location, Location, Location: The Fit N' Paddle series kicks off at the charming Snug Harbor location starting June 1st through August 3rd.
