Fit N' Paddle
Join us on September 24th for yoga (on land) at the Villa Di Luce followed by a paddleboard session in the Snug Harbor!
The 30-minute Pilates session is appropriate for anyone who has Pilates experience yet easily modified to the beginner. We start with a slow range of motion warm up and move into a session of controlled movements that work the entire core (glutes, and, back, hips) We finish with a relaxing cool down revisiting mobility and balance.
We will work on exercises to engage the core and legs as well as activate shoulders so that you are ready to start your paddleboard adventure. A few minutes of balance and coordination work will prepare you for a confident paddle on the water.
