The minimum age is 8 years old.
All minors are required to have a guardian or parent signed waiver.
Ages 8-15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
90% refund if canceled 72 hours before activity. 50% refund if canceled 24 hours before activity. 25% refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the rental time.

Meet Your Instructors
Angie King of Flow Fit Studios will lead a Core Fitness class. Bodyweight Core Ignite is a light to medium-intensity movements to activate & ignite the deep core, with a touch of cardio to keep the heart rate up for a bit of calorie burn before hitting the boards!
Dawn Tonneman of The Yoga Booth will lead a signature Steady Flow Yoga class which is a slow Vinyasa class that balances strength and flexibility through mindful movement. This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis.
Katie Mainini of the YMCA will lead a High-Intensity Interval Training Class. This workout will feature bodyweight movements that will get your heart pumping with recovery intervals in between. Katie's motivation and energy will keep you moving and ready for paddleboarding.
Falyn Hodges of Flow Fit Studios will lead a Functional Fitness Class. This class is a mix of stability, strength, and stamina. We will focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions; Getting our muscles warmed up & ready to paddle!
Rochele Hittle of Flow Fit Studios will lead the Box & Flow class. Get energized and turn up the heat with some cardio kicks + punches then cool it down with a slow yoga flow. You will leave feeling stretched, rejuvenated + relaxed, and ready to take on your paddle boarding adventure!
