Fit N' Paddle - Zanesville - June 10th
Join us this Saturday, June 10th, at 10AM where you can learn Standup Paddleboarding on the Muskingum River Canal. Each session includes a fun workout followed by a brief dry land paddleboarding usage & safety instructional & your entire experience will be led by a trained guide. This week's instructor, Dawn Tonneman of The Yoga Booth leads a Steady Flow Yoga class that is a slow Vinyasa class that balances strength and flexibility through mindful movement. This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis and is the perfect way to stretch before your paddleboarding session.

Join us this Saturday, June 3rd, at 10AM where you can learn Standup Paddleboarding at Buckeye Lake’s Snug Harbor. Each session includes a fun workout followed by a brief dry land paddleboarding usage & safety instructional & your entire experience will be led by a trained guide. Karissa Carpenter of Namaste Soulful leads a gentle yoga flow that will be perfect to focus on balance and range of motion so that once you hit the water, you will feel confident that your body and mind are connected to the task at hand.
KaBrew Happy Hour Tour - June 9th
Kabrewing is a great and fun new way to combine kayaking (or tubing) and enjoying craft beer. Join us for a special Friday happy hour with our friends at Weasel Boy Brewing Company. Set out on the river in a kayak for a 4-mile paddle or in a tube for a 2-mile float.
